A Tasty New Ocean Blue

Happy Columbus Day, Scribblers! Have you downloaded our adorable yet to start celebrating?

So back in 1492, Columbus sailed the ocean blue. We can all agree that trip went pretty well, but imagine how much more fun he would have had if the ocean was made of Jell-o. Lucky for you, your ocean blue can be Jell-o! These tasty snacks make the perfect holiday treat today.

You’ll need some blue Jell-o, clear pastic cups, orange slices, and then toothpicks and paper for the sails. Make your Jell-o in the cup to create the ocean. Stick an orange slice on top to be the body of the ship. Glue the flag to the toothpick and stick it in the orange. You can label the flags “Nina,” “Pinta,” and “Santa Maria” to make them perfect for the holiday. And you’re all finished!
